1. If we have levied any charge on your debit or credit card in error, we will immediately refund the same account without deducting any administration fees whatsoever. The mode of return payment will depend on the original mode of payment used while making the payment initially. We may initiate an online return bank transfer into your corresponding bank account. It can take more than 24 hours to reflect the payment into your account.
  2. If a doctor has asked you and you have agreed to upgrade to another treatment plan, you will need to inform us in writing immediately and we will refund you the full amount that you had paid earlier only after you have made a new payment corresponding to the new treatment plan selected and we are in receipt of the same. As soon as we receive the new payment, we will cancel your previous order to replace it with the fresh order and initiate the refund immediately.
  3. If you were unable to attend to an appointment with an online doctor at a chosen day and time, you can cancel or reschedule the same yourself by visiting My Profile section online. If you were still unable to cancel or reschedule the appointment and end up forgetting about it, you will get another chance to reschedule another appointment within 1 week from the date when you had placed an order. We will not be able to accept refund requests if you no shows twice or you forget to reschedule an appointment within one week.
  4. If a doctor was unable to attend to an appointment at your chosen day and time due to any exigencies, we will allow you to book another appointment immediately and you will be able to select any convenient day and time from doctors’ availability calendar within 1 week from the date when you had placed an order. However, if there is another no show from a doctor the second time or there are no appointments available within one week from the date of your order, we will assign you with another doctor at no extra cost or you can request for a refund of the full amount immediately.
  5. If a doctor finds out that he is unable to treat your ailment and is not able to proceed with taking up your case further for reasons beyond his capacity or your ailment is incurable through his/her specialties, we have a no doubts – no questions asked refund policy in such cases. Although, we will get notified as soon as the doctor deny a treatment and our team initiates a full amount refund immediately. Else, you can also write to us anytime to request for a refund for all reasons pertaining to doctors denying treating your case or you have booked for a treatment plan for a disease that we do not cure.
  6. If you are not satisfied with the doctor after your first consultation, you can write to us and we will aim to assign another doctor for your next treatment course or for the next time you place an order with us. Unfortunately, at the moment, we are not able to change a doctor who has already been assigned and has administered a consultation for an ongoing treatment plan. Therefore, we will not be able to make any refunds or accept any claims for refunds in all cases, such as, consultation has been done, case has been reviewed, medicines have been prepared or the Cure Box has already been dispatched.
  7. We do refund or accept any claims for a refund for reasons, such as, the payments were made accidently, the payments were made by someone else, the payments were done unconsciously or any other reasons found to be unsatisfactory by us. Our customer services team led by a manager will have the right to review or make a final decision only if the claim request has reached to us in writing within 24 hours of making the payment.
  8. We will not, under any circumstances, issue cash refunds, attach payments made into your account to another account or transfer the cash or credits to someone else. We will neither accept any request for a refund due to change of mind or due to dissatisfaction with any particular doctor after one or more consultations have been materialized or the desired outcomes of consuming the medicines have not been achieved.
